One of Cave Creek’s most popular neighborhoods, is Tatum Ranch. This Master Plan community is ideally located just five miles North from the 101 which offers convenient living and vast options for things like entertainment, dining, commuting and travel. Less than 3500 homes make up this neighborhood and also included in the community layout is a condo and apartment complex and five business areas. What people love most about this area is how convenient and enjoyable the layout and location of this neighborhood is.
